With the news of Kodak filing Chapter 11 – and my recent depletion of my Ektar, Portra, and TX reserves (no to mention my supply of developer) – and even though I know supplies aren’t suddenly evaporating and prices aren’t jumping, irrationally, I felt a bit more secure about picking up a few of those little yellow rolls today. Feels good man.

Watching traffic from a window in the Ramakrishna Mission in Kolkata, India. Spent one night here late December, perhaps the night of the 28th though I’m not sure. Very spartan furnishings, like that first day of college in the dorms. Window didn’t completely close so the traffic noise and mosquitos came in pretty easily; earplugs pinched from Air France and the mosquito net provided...

Hah.  Just did some poking around in Safari’s web inspector and noticed that the z-index of the Tumblr buttons (Like, Reblog, Follow/Unfollow, Dashboard, etc.) is set to 1337. Bunch of geeks, you Tumblr folk.
