Found an iPhone today in the road.  Rather yesterday, I saw it lying in the middle turn lane on a 4 lane road when I came in to work and saw it still there when I left work, and finally went to grab it this morning since it was still there.  I was hoping that I might be able to return it to whomever it belonged to, but that was before I saw the sad state of it when I picked it up. I plugged it into my work computer and iTunes started right up but the thing was FUBAR’d beyond hope and wouldn’t even return a serial number or how much storage it contained. Sorry person-who-lost-their-phone, I tried.
